Product Guru Supplier Focus – DHN

Formed in 2011, DHN is a short line wholesaler of pharmaceutical products. They provide a variety of products along with their sister company, Sky Premium Life. They've created unique formulas with vitamins and herbs that support specific health needs, along with a wide range of basic premium quality supplements, for general well-being and vigor.

Tell us a bit about your company: Where are you based? What do you produce?

We are based in Harlow, Essex. We distribute medicines and food supplements in GB. The SkyPremium Life range is manufactured in Greece by our sister company, so, we are the distributors in GB. All the products have been manufactured in Greece under strict EU Good Manufacturing Practice Regulations. The labels for the Nutraceuticals and Food Supplements we import form our sister company, have been approved by PAGB so they fully comply with GB/UK regulations for Food Supplements and we have also been inspected and cleared by the FSA in Harlow.

How many people work for the business?

Together with our sister company in Greece we are a 20-30 workforce.

Who do you sell to?

At the moment, we are only selling on Amazon and we are trying to also sell to small pharmacies.

Is there a specific product you're particularly proud of and why?

We are proud of all our products. They are all packed in recyclable glass bottles and our they are made from premium quality non-GMO sources. I would say that our Marine Collagen would be our best seller. It has an amazing strawberry taste which makes it unique in the market at the moment.

What do you most enjoy about running your business?

The challenges and new possibilities. Since the pandemic started, we were trying to develop a new line of business and that is how we started looking into the world of Food Supplements, which has been exciting so far.

What do you think of the free Product Guru platform? What encouraged you to join?

I really like Product Guru. Easy to use and straight forward. It is ideal for us to be able to introduce our brand in the UK market and make our products accessible to a wider range of customers we would otherwise have no access to.
